Order Form

Orders can be placed by completing the enclosed order form and sending by email, fax, mail or phone. Special Sales Order forms for custom orders other than doors and drawer fronts are available upon request.

*We prefer to receive orders by email, fax or mail because written orders minimize the possibility of costly errors. We will take verbal orders. However we do not accept responsibility for delays or inaccuracy of verbal orders.

We will provide confirmation of all orders received by email, fax, or mail and we will accept responsibility for accuracy in shipment of these written orders. Customer is responsible for accuracy of orders placed by phone or errors in order confirmations.

Conditions
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed in production. B & B Cabinet Doors is not liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by an event(s) beyond its control.

Customer must notify B & B immediately of shipment shortages or receipt of nonconforming or damaged products. Claims must include proper documentation (original order, order confirmation and bill of lading with damage notation) and be submitted to B & B within 24 hours after shipment is received.

Following receipt of claim B & B shall, at its option, either repair, replace or give credit for the price of the goods. Any repair of goods without the expressed approval of B & B signifies acceptance of the goods as if they were conforming and B & B is not liable for the cost of the repair.

Shipment Options
B & B will ship orders in the most cost effective manner, based on size of order. All freight orders can be shipped COD or costs of shipping and packaging will be added to invoice in final billing.

Delivery Fee
Please report any freight damage to the delivering driver and note on the bill of lading the problem to assure that a freight claim can be filed and processed without delay.
